Dumbo

This is one place I look forward to taking Brett too. I loved the feel of the big city but no hustle and bustle. It was a very nice day to enjoy a Sunday walk. We enjoyed taking pictures of each other and each others company. I had so much fun, however this is where I missed not having my whole family with me.

Priya's Trip to the Big Apple

A little while back Southwest had a terrific fair to go go New York and back, even though we had went as a family previously I decided to take Priya since my sister had never seen her. We had a 5 hour flight landed in Baltimore sat there for about 2 hours to get back on a plane for a short 40 minute flight. We were both done by the end of the night, but I must say Priya still did fantastic. We woke up early eager to introduce Priya to her nieces and nephew, but we didn't play for long, shortly after we got ready and headed over to the train station to go see Santa at Macys. Talk about a line, I've seen and been to places inside that store I didn't know existed, it would even be safe to say that employees don't know some of those places, they had us winding in and out of halls offices,cafeteria etc. However we made it and just in time too and think we all were thirsty and just done. After we stopped and ate at about anywhere and everywhere we saw. FYI I use to think you could not go wrong with any food there but you can, that day we did not have any luck. First what tasted like 10 day old hot dogs, then chicken that was not cooked all the way, and rock hard pretzels. Anyway its a good laugh now. We began walking to the tree, we enjoyed many fun Christmas things to look at while going. I loved how just before you turn the corner and can see the tree you can smell it. That's when the season truly started for me. After we got more food then headed back to the station for our trip back home for the night.

Priya 6 month

Gosh I suck I use to attach pictures to all of Milly's stuff. I guess that means I better be done having kids if I'm lazy after 2. Anyway Priya is doing awesome. She started a full out craw at 6 months and one day. Shortly after that she pulls herself up on things and at about 7 months she become quite the little talker her big words are MOM (YEAH)!!! and ba ba ba. 6 month stats height 25 1/2 39% Weight 16.9 61% Head 17 70%

Priya 4 months

Height 24 inches 27% Weight 14 55% Head 16 1/4 48% She is rolling around like crazy and wants to crawl so bad so she can play with sister. The other day Milly made her laugh so hard in the tub I loved hearing those 2 girls.

Fall Break 2012

This year we went St George with our friends the Wrights that live a couple house up from us. We had a great time, the trip started off rough with Milly throwing up (she gets motion sickness we have found and will always throw up if she eats breakfst in the car, hopefully she will grow out of this) anyway the car stunk the rest of the trip lovely huh. After that we had a flat tire. Not sure why we seem to always get flat tires on road trips but I think this was the final straw and we will get new tires before every trip. But those two things just added to the excitment of the trip right??? Anway we stayed at the HIE by Coral Canyon. We enjoyed new foods that Ben had us try and they were all great. We spent a day at Sand Hollow, went to the Temple, went on some small hikes and just stayed at the hotel and played at the pool. We had a great time getting to know the Wrights better and just relaxing in nice weather. I love how Milly decided to chill on the bed, made me laiugh.

When Dad/Grandpa visits

I love when people come visit, I always try to be so accomadating, however they usually are stuck on our couch or on a blow up mattress, Well I'm happy to say the Basement is in the works and we will have my much desired guest room up and running. Until then my dad enjoys sleeping in this bed. every morning I ask him how he slelp in the Cnderella bed!
