28th Birthday

We started the morning with going to breakfast with our wonderful friends the Tuia's they were so nice to treat me and Brett. Than yes I have to say that we did some yard work it was my choice though. After that we relaxed for a little bit and than went to the Driving range were I got to try out my new clubs he bought me for my birthday. We than finished the evening with going to Texas Roadhouse (they have the best rolls) with Brett's family. Although I love my clubs my favorite present was the plate of chocolate chip cookies Brett got me, he went to a bunch of different bakery's and bought one cookie at each he even drove all the way to SLC to get my favorite one from the "Dough Girl" I love Chocolate chip cookies they are my biggest weakness.

Dying Easter Eggs

My favorite part about going down for the car show is that I am with Danell on Easter, I loved watching Cal a couple of years ago dye eggs and now I got to see Cal and Cade, it is so funny to watch them through eggs in the dye and crack almost all of them. I also loved seeing Cade's face light up when Danell showed him a Mickey Mouse egg. Cade loves Mickey Mouse I forgot to mention in the Disney post that when you asked him if he wanted to go to Disneyland he would say "no" but when you asked him if he wanted to go to Mickey house he would say YEAH. Also he loved giving Mickey hugs and he even beeped beeped Mickeys nose.

Hurricane Easter Car Show 2010

Brett entered in his Nova again for car show he worked so hard on it the past month getting his new hood that he got from his family for his 30th birthday. He did such a great job on it. It looks extremely professional. I'm glad he has a hobby he enjoys doing so much. This year the weather the day of the show was perfect no wind or anything it definitely beat the weather a few years ago when all it did was blow. The rest of the trip was pretty windy but still a great time.

The Beach

Our last day in California we made a quick trip to the Beach, It was nice to just walk around and watch the kids play. The best part was spending the last little bit of time with my sisters. While we were out there we had a tsunami warning that closed the beach down for the day. The day after as you can see brought out all the surfers wanting to catch the big waves.

Good Job Brett

So I don't know how he did it but he got the highest score you could get in the Buzz Light year game, I saw it myself and was impressed.

Disneyland

At the end of February we went to Disneyland with Danell's family and Andreas family. Since we were just there a couple months ago we weren't really sure if we even would want to go, however were glad we did. It was a great time to see how excited the kids would get. Along with excitement comes MORTIFIED, Danell and I took the kids on pirates, I told her it wasn't a good idea with Emberlynn and Addi but she said "Oh they will be fine my kids love this ride". Needless to say they weren't Emberlynn had a death grip on me and Addi was not a fan either. She told Brett "Never ever ever will I go on that ride". Addi had Brett wrapped around her little finger he even went on the Tea Cups for her. Anyway were glad we went seems it probably will be the last time we get to spend time with Andrea's family before they move to New York.
