Davis County Gala Foundation

This year the Theme was Night of the Dragon, Wow it was amazing. I love getting all dressed up. The evening started with getting pictures, appetizers and a silent auction, even though we got bid out on everything it was way fun. Than the dinner was absoutley amazing, so yummy. Followed by a live auction. Singer George Dyer was incrediable, I usually dont like hearing other singers sing songs that the original artist sang but he was so good. He sang my favorite as well as my dads "Music of the Night" Phantom of the Opera and "You raise me up. What a fun night. Thanks to VCBO Architecture who sponsored our table. One of the best parts was an anonymous donor gave each person there $25 to give to the teacher of their choice. Im sure they donated well over 10,000 there were so many in attendance. I love when people can remain anonymous, unlike Micheal Scott, if you have no clue what that means dont call your self an Office fan, HAHA. If you know any great teachers let us know.

Brett is so Sweet

Thursday morning I decided I would get out of bad a little sooner than normal and go for a run, I left the house before Brett even left for work. So after my 5 MILES, YEAH, I returned home to find I was locked out. Our Garage key pad maybe works 5% of the time and this was not one of those times. So after knocking on so many differnt neighbors doors, I finally had one answer. Although this does not end the problem, you see Brett will not answer his phone if he doesnt recognize the number. So after about 10 phone calls to various people at the District I finally got a hold of him. It was not the start of a great day, I was late to work and it just seemed like nothing could go right. Once I got home, I walked into my salon room to start an appt and saw these amazing beauitful flowers, He can be so sincere and sweet. I love him so much

Bumbles New Thing

So Bumbles has started a new trend, they are super cute. There interchangeable neckalace charms. You buy the chain and as many or as little detachable charm pieces so cute. They sell them for $37 a charm and $8 for the neckalace. Or you can buy the Look a Likes for $18 a charm and $5 a chain.

Ending Pure Choas

Although Brett never thought I was going to get rid of any of the 9 chicks, and our other 4 chikens. Really each time one was born I said "Oh this ones cute too, we got to keep her". After 2 1/2 weeks I couldnt handle the choas anymore. So we sold 6 of the chicks for $5 a piece, not to bad. Its our new cash cow. Or should I say "cash chick". Well 3 is so much easier to handle , but I do miss the others. Cal we did get rid of the one that scares you...

NHRA Vegas

While I was doing my craft fair, Brett went back to Vegas and watched the Races. Im kind of jealous, he saw one actually blow up, Im always wanting to see that.

Vegas, Mesquite, and St George

Short weeekend to fit all that in but we did, we left Thursday after work and stayed at the Virgin River in Mesquite. The next day headed into Vegas so I could meet with some girls who wanted to buy Bumbles. We hung out with family, went to the Palms so Brett could get a Tony Shoemocker chip signed and just enjoyed Vegas as best as we could IT RAINED and was pretty crappie all day. The next morning headed back to Mesquite to do a Craft fair with my sisters Danell and Andrea. Danell sells Tutus, and baby wipe cases, Andrea sells vinyl, and well I sold Bumbles. Ive also started to make rings and other jewerly. I will show off that latter. The show was so fun, we didnt do great but I just enjoyed the whole experience with selling and being with my sisters. After we booked it to St. George had IN N Out for Brett(of course). Tanya and her family came that night, talk about CHOAS, Tanyas family, Andreas family and Danells, lots of crazy kids. Overall a busy but great weekend.

Easter Party

So with the new Spring Chicks we thought we better through an Easter Party, that and since Tanya may be moiving we better do as many family get togethers as possible. Thats one thing Im so mad about, is not hanging out with Family more while they were close. The party was great even though everything had to be inside due to rain and even snow.
