Day 2 Pearl Harbor

WE woke up early the next morning and took a bus over to Pearl Harbor. Once we got there the line was so long, but once they opened it moved pretty fast. We were super lucky because they had 4 seats left for the first showing and one of the workers asked if we were with the couple in front of us off course were going to say yeah and we were able to jump so far up in line it probably saved us an hour or two. You watch a quick video and than get on a boat and head over. Its absoutley a breathtaking, humbling, reverent occasion. I loved how everyone had so much respect for this ship and was so quite. I loved and felt very blessed to experience it, an dlearn more about that day.

What a neat experience. I love history and would love to go there. WWII was a hard time in history, but it also shows how great this country was. Not just the men serving the counrty, but everyone back home who supported them. There are some inspiring stories. They truely are the greatest generation.
